Data Collection 

Depending on the use of TokGuy, we collect two types of data: customer data and website user data.

All information provided by users who place orders with TokGuy, use any tools/software at https://tokguy.com of their free will is referred to as "customer data". All other data provided by and collected under the explicit consent of the website visitor is referred to as "website user data". 

TokGuy collects personal data such as email address, first and last name, country, and cookies to improve customer experience in general and personalize support.

Cookies and other relevant tracking information are collected for the sole purpose of providing a better user experience, of which also includes providing personalized discounts and the necessary software for TikTok creators It is also used to improve services rendered, maintain consistent results and improvements, and provide billing operations in accordance with the set standards. Payment suppliers allow TokGuy to process Credit Card and Debit Card purchases and PayPal. We share only the data required to perform the transaction with the financial mediators handling the transaction. Transactions are created, conducted, and processed on a third-party website.

Neither customer nor website user data is being sold or disclosed to third parties unless the owner's explicit permission is given or under the unfortunate turn of events when withholding data may cause physical or psychological harm to the owner or society in general. The data is collected through browser cookies and by voluntary submission of the user forms and email correspondence.

Data Processing & Storing

Data processing is carried out programmatically through the use of cloud-hosted commuting. Data processed may be visible to privileged employees, such as support staff and/or the dedicated social media managers. External parties do not access, process, or store data.

Personal Data is processed and saved for the period of time necessitated by the justifiable purpose they have been collected for. Data is retained for up to 180 days, with anonymized data spanning up to 730 days for analytical purposes.
